2. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to:

  • Purchases made in-store at ANIMSHOP.
  • Future online orders placed through our website.
  • Participation in ANIMSHOP events, cosplay contests, and pop-ups.

3. Products and Availability

ANIMSHOP offers official and authentic Japanese products, including anime figures, Pokémon cards, blind boxes, and model kits.
We strive to display product information and availability accurately, but slight variations in color, packaging, or availability may occur.

All products are offered while stocks last.
Limited or collectible items may have purchasing limits to ensure fairness.

4. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include applicable VAT.
  • Payment methods accepted in-store: cash, major credit/debit cards, Twint.
  • Online store (launching 2026): secure online payment options will be provided at checkout.
  • We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice (changes do not affect confirmed orders).

5. Orders and Contract Formation

  • For in-store purchases, the sales contract is concluded when payment is made at the register.
  • For online purchases (future), the sales contract becomes binding when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
  • ANIMSHOP reserves the right to decline or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud).

6. Shipping and Delivery (Future Online Shop)

  • We ship across Switzerland and selected European countries.
  • Delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination.
  • Any delivery dates provided are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

7. Returns and Exchanges

In general:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • Sealed collectibles, blind boxes, and trading cards cannot be returned once opened.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Some events (e.g., cosplay or pop-ups) may require pre-registration via our website.
  • ANIMSHOP reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events if necessary (e.g., unforeseen circumstances or health/safety reasons).
  • Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional use; by attending, you consent to such use unless you object in writing.

All images, text, graphics, and logos on the ANIMSHOP website or marketing materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
They may not be copied, distributed, or reused without written permission from ANIMSHOP.

10. Liability

  • ANIMSHOP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of data, revenue, or enjoyment, except in cases of gross negligence or intent.
  • Liability for minor negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
